How
to Qualify for the $100 Refund:
Here are the requirements. We are not able to make exceptions to these terms.
· Your membership with Yoga Alliance must be in current status at the time that you submit your request for the $100 refund. Be sure your Yoga Alliance membership is in current status at the time that you submit your refund request.
· Effective July 15, 2019, five hotels or cars must be booked through the Yoga Alliance Members-Only Travel Discount site within one-year after your first booking. We are not able to accept bookings made before this date. To qualify, you can book any combination of hotels and cars during this time-period, with the following exceptions:
o Hotels or cars booked for more than one night in sequential order qualify as only one booking. This means that for reservations made for multiple days/nights in a row, you will only receive credit for one booking to count towards the five needed to earn the refund.
o Only one room/car qualifies for each time person. This means that if you book multiple rooms or multiple cars for the same trip, you will only receive credit for one booking to count towards the five needed to earn the refund.
· The bookings must be validated as paid by the hotel/car provider, and all the bookings must be completed within the one-year period. The providers will send you a confirmation of payment receipt by email, but we must also wait to have our suppliers validate the consummation of each booking. Please save the confirmation receipts since you will need the confirmation numbers on the receipts to claim your refund.
· All reservations must be made by the same Yoga Alliance member, using the same name and email address for each booking.
How to apply for the $100
refund:
To apply for the refund, Yoga Alliance
members should send an email to ya-rewards@localhospitality.com with the following information:
· Your first and last name and the email address that you used for the bookings. All bookings must be made under the same name and email address.
· Your Yoga Alliance member ID number and a hyperlink to your public directory listing at www.yogaalliance.org. Or, attach your Yoga Alliance ID card to the email. You can download your registry ID card in your Yoga Alliance online account.
· The date of each booking and the booking confirmation numbers provided by the car and/or hotel provider for each booking.
How
you will receive the $100 rebate:
· Rebate requests will be validated within 1-week after submission (unless more time is needed to validate the consummation of bookings from the suppliers). You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s been validated.
· Once validated, the refund will be credited to the credit card that you used for your most recent booking within 2-weeks; or
· Mailed by check if the credit card refund can not be processed.
